Materials:

Titanium: For my framelocks and liners, I use 6al4v titanium.  I love this material because it is lightweight, strong and can be anodized.  It's just plain cool !

Steel: I usually work with RWL-34 powder steel for my folders.   Sometimes, I also use Carbon steels like A2, D2 or O2.

Damascus: Damasteel is one of my favorite materials to work with.  It's stainless and takes an edge really well.

Carbon damascus: Chad Nichols is the one that makes the carbon damascus I mostly use.  Brilliant patterns and a great guy to deal with.

G10: (Glass Reinforced Epoxy)  Perfect material for the High Performance knife.  It's lightweigt, strong and available in all kinds of colors.

Carbon fiber: Similar to G10, but with carbon fiber.  Shows a very nice 3D structure.

Mammoth ivory: One of the most beautifull natural materials to work with.
